Thanks for visiting my online shop! While I currently do not have a retail studio space on Vancouver Island, you can find my work at some of these retailers.

01. Shipping

Orders generally ship within 3 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. All domestic and international orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with tracking. Orders within the Greater Victoria area are eligible for local pick up and are no charge.

Domestic shipping: approx 2-7 days
United States shipping: approx 3-14 days
International shipping: approx 4-45 days

And sometimes… stuff happens. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will do my best to help resolve the issue. Shipments are insured, but as a claim will need to be filed, your patience during these rare circumstances is appreciated. Lost or undelivered orders with ‘regular mail’ (no tracking/insurance) chosen will not be refunded, so please choose this option at your own risk. It is your responsibility to provide a safe delivery location. I can’t be held responsible for packages stolen after they have been safely delivered. Please only ship your order to a secure reliable location.

02. For international customers

I do not have a shipping option listed as amounts can vary so greatly that it is difficult to come up with a blanket rate for overseas shipments. Please connect with me on what you would like to order and your shipping address, and I will happily provide you with an personal estimate. Note that I have no control or am not responsible for any further import duties/taxes or delays in customs processing that be apply to your package upon entering the destination country.
